Ed Sheeran Olympics 2012 Closing Ceremony Performance

Ed Sheeran surprised audience members last week by making an appearance at the Olympics Closing Ceremony 2012 performing Pink Floyd’s song ‘Wish You Were Here.’ He was one of many performers that night and his good friends from One Direction as well as Emeli Sande were also there to perform.

Some younger Ed fans on Twitter believed this song to be a new one written by Ed but we can confirm that is in fact a cover. Hope you enjoyed his performance as always Well done Ed!
